Project Description
Since launching in 2015, WECREATE | ZAMBIA has coached and mentored over 8,000+ women business builders. This U.S. State Department-funded project in partnership with African Women Entrepreneurship Program (AWEP), the Global Women’s Initiative (GWI) and Caterpillar Foundation is pioneering economic empowerment as a way to address gender based violence and other gender issues throughout Zambia. Our work includes:
- Government relationship and partnership development
- Private sector relationship, partnership, and sponsorship development
- StartUp Cup women centric Mentor and Master Mentor training and certification
- Training and development of men and boys to become champions of female entrepreneurs
- Graphically facilitated organizational and entrepreneurial ecosystem design and development convening’s
- Development of an active Entrepreneur Mentor Network

- Capacity building of partner business service providers
- GrifinWorx business building program training and development
