A great post from the Cairo StartUp Cup Website –

“The Global Entrepreneurship Program, implemented by the USAID Egyptian Competitiveness Program, is collaborating with MCSBE, ALROWAD, the GAFI Bedaya Center, and others to sponsor Cairo StartUp Cup Business Model Competition, a business competition designed to encourage business start-ups and compress the time to take a new company to enter the market place.  This dynamic event will instruct and encourage start-up teams making it to the first round of Cairo StartUp Cup in the design and development of their business models, their team compositions and action plans.  The first round of the Cairo StartUp Cup features a live business model mentoring and coaching event on June 22 – 23, with an additional business model development training for interested entrepreneurs on June 20. Read more from their site.
